  • At Plume, I led a comprehensive refresh of the company’s visual identity, ensuring consistency and impact across both consumer-facing and internal channels. A central part of this initiative was guiding the Product team through the successful rebrand and launch of Plume Home (formerly Plume HomePass).

    My role extended across multiple touchpoints:

    • Digital & Product Design: I redesigned mobile app icons and user-facing assets to align with the new brand system, creating a cohesive and modern experience.

    • Sales & Marketing Enablement: I developed updated sales collateral and communication tools that helped internal teams clearly articulate Plume’s value to customers and partners.

    • Experiential & Corporate Design: I brought the refreshed identity into event experiences and corporate assets, reinforcing brand consistency at every interaction point.

    This work strengthened Plume’s presence in a competitive market. The updated visual identity drove measurable increases in brand recognition and contributed to higher user engagement across digital platforms, setting the foundation for continued growth and stronger customer trust.

  • I served as a business lead on the Global Transition Team during the divestiture of Intel’s NAND SSD business and the launch of a new company under SK hynix America. In this role, I spearheaded the development of Solidigm’s digital foundation, leading the end-to-end design and rollout of solidigm.com across six international regions.

    I also established a data-driven digital marketing practice, using real-time analytics to shape the website’s roadmap and strengthen consumer engagement. This work required close collaboration with cross-functional partners across Product Marketing, Sales, Legal, M&A, Corporate Affairs, and HR, ensuring a seamless transition and successful market entry.

  • I led the rebrand from Massdrop to Drop, a community-focused design company offering limited-edition products in categories like audiophile gear, ultralight backpacking, mechanical keyboards, and fashion collaborations.

    Working closely with Drop Studio, our in-house product design team, I helped bring our products to life across experiential campaigns and digital marketing channels, creating a cohesive and engaging brand presence.

  • As a technical brand representative, I led the launch of the Futurecraft 4D partnership between Carbon and Adidas, both domestically and internationally. I played a key role in promoting 3D mass production and commercial availability for B2B and B2C audiences and represented Carbon to win the 2018 Cannes Lions Gold Award for Design & Innovation.

    With Product and Engineering teams, we expanded our case studies practice by 4x and developed "how-to" content for sales and business development teams, fostering increased new business and maintaining strong application partnerships.

  • I led cross-functional teams to drive global campaign strategy and video content creation for Microsoft Lumia mobile devices, serving as the go-to-market lead in priority markets. Within four months, I successfully launched five devices worldwide, collaborating with leadership, brand, and product marketing to deliver strategies tailored to Tier 1–3 markets.

    I also partnered with Windows, developer, and strategic teams to integrate the Windows 10 roadmap into a content framework, producing consumer education campaigns through video, digital marketing, and retail engagement. Additionally, I developed media strategy for Nokia devices in North America and introduced an advanced engagement metric that linked consumer activity to sales—contributing to a 20% sales lift during the holiday season.

  • From HomePass to Plume Home

    Led cross-functional collaboration with Product Design and Engineering teams to influence the redesign of Plume’s HomePass user interface, transforming it into the Plume Home mobile wifi experience. Through strategic creative direction and refined brand language, the UX/UI overhaul aligned the product with Plume's evolved design system while delivering a refreshed, bright, enhanced user experience.

  • PlumeStrong Cycling Challenge

    Starting as a complete non-cyclist, I pushed both my physical endurance and mental strength to train rigorously and successfully qualify for a challenging 5-day bike ride from Zurich to Venice, Italy. This event was organized to raise much-needed funds for Street Child, a dedicated non-profit organization committed to providing educational services and support to children living in difficult circumstances.

  • Solidigm Day One

    In partnership with SKHynix and Intel, Solodigm officially launched as a standalone company in late 2021, establishing itself as a significant and strategic competitor within the highly competitive memory and storage market. My key contributions involved leading the customer experience (CX) design and developing the technological architecture for the company’s website, ensuring seamless integration with critical business systems and supporting overall operational efficiency.

  • Drop + THX Panda Headphones

    As creative director, I orchestrated cross-functional teams to ensure the product launch maintained Drop's high standards for both technical performance and visual presentation, while honoring THX's reputation for audio precision. This collaboration exemplified Drop's unique position as a bridge between passionate communities and innovative technology partners.

  • Drop Ibara Slim Rinse Denim

    As Creative Director, I partnered with the product development cycle for Drop's exclusive Japanese raw denim collection. This role required orchestrating each aspect of the creative process—from initial concept development and material sourcing to final product execution—ensuring each moment met Drop's exacting standards for craftsmanship and authenticity.

  • Drop + Dickies and Drop + Velva Sheen

    As Creative Director, I developed experiential marketing campaigns to showcase Drop's strategic brand partnerships. I conceptualized the campaign at a San Francisco barbershop as the backdrop, creating an authentic setting for the Drop + Dickies and Drop + Velva Sheen collaboration photoshoot that reinforced the brands' shared heritage and craftsmanship values.

  • Cannes Lions, Product & Innovation (Gold)

    As technical brand subject matter expert, I co-presented the Carbon x adidas Futurecraft 4D collaboration at the 2018 Cannes International Festival of Creativity alongside the adidas Futures team. This strategic presentation contributed to winning the Gold Lion in Product Design & Innovation, recognizing 3D printing technology to revolutionizing athletic footwear manufacturing.

  • NBA All-Star Weekend @ 747 Warehouse

    As Carbon's brand representative, I led the Futurecraft 4D activation during the 2018 NBA All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles. This immersive two-day experience showcased the Carbon x adidas collaboration through a curated convergence of technology, sports, culture, art, and music, positioning the innovative 3D printing technology within the broader cultural landscape of performance and creativity.

  • Carbon + adidas Japan/adidas China

    Led global media outreach for the Carbon x adidas Futures collaboration, orchestrating press and influencer education initiatives across iconic venues including Shanghai Art Museum in China and Tokyo Tower in Japan. These strategic events positioned Carbon's 3D printing innovation within culturally significant spaces, maximizing media impact and brand storytelling opportunities.

  • Carbon + adidas UK

    Led Western European market launch communications for Carbon x adidas Futurecraft 4D, directing targeted press and influencer education campaigns to drive product awareness. Secured strategic media coverage through Hypebeast UK and other key publications, maximizing launch impact across Europe.

  • Futurecraft 4D press event

    Co-directed the NYC launch event for the Carbon x adidas Futurecraft 4D collaboration, orchestrating comprehensive education around the convergence of material science, hardware, software engineering, and footwear design. Secured premium broadcast coverage including a Today Show feature with Carbon's CEO and Olympian Tori Bowie, maximizing national exposure for the 3D printing technology partnership.

  • Microsoft Lumia 950XL + 950

    Collaborating closely with the Windows 10 team, I successfully led the Microsoft Lumia launch of the 950XL and 950 models as the very first mobile devices introduced following the acquisition of Nokia Lumia mobile devices. On this significant day, a total of four different hardware products were unveiled simultaneously across dozens of global markets, marking an important milestone in the company’s product expansion.
